Please note, scheduled appointments should be made with the intent to meet at the agreed-upon time and date. You may schedule up to 90 days out at a time to support you and/or your child’s needs, however, no specific times or days of the week will be guaranteed and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

Available appointments will vary from early mornings to afternoons and some evenings. Morning, evening and weekend appointments are available upon request. Please call, email, or text for availability.

Those who consistently change appointment times, no-show, give inadequate notice to cancel, or often arrive late will likely be unable to schedule further sessions. Those who are inconsistent and fail to keep up with scheduling will need to follow up to determine when and if services can be restored. Please refer to the Cancelation Policy for more information.

Please be considerate of others when scheduling and rescheduling as frequent rescheduling creates missed opportunities for others

*For those scheduling multiple appointments it is your sole responsibility to manage the scheduled times. All missed sessions will be charged the full $140.00 or $200.00 rate. Please refer to the Cancelation Policy for more information.
